Vendor Absence Form - NOT COMING FORM

Vendors not attending a market must submit notification of absence to the Director of Operations via the Not Coming Form no later than end of day Wednesday before weekend markets. This form is always available on the Lakeline Farmers Market website under the "Vendor" Tab.
